Delta Danube currently has 53 mushroom growing rooms. All rooms have climate control units to ensure optimum conditions. For growing mushrooms we use the best quality compost, which we buy from our suppliers. We started with a small production of 6 tons of mushrooms a day. By expanding the production facility, in 2020, production reaches 25 tonnes of mushrooms per day. Being the first mushroom farm in Balkan, it is very important to grow mushrooms of the highest quality and to provide smooth delivery to our clients on a daily basis, ensuring freshness, reliability and consistency.
